Job Description:
    - In charge of strategic planning for recruitment, training and development of human resources so as to best support the Company business operations.
 
    - Build from scratch the personnel assessment system to be used as the basis for periodical assessment or promotion scheme.
 
    - Build, organize and develop activities for corporate culture promotion.
 
    - Build the salary and bonus mechanism, suggest measures to motivate labourers to work more effectively; assure labourers of their rights and benefits.
 
    - Build and manage welfare activities.
 
    - Recruit, train, and provide personnel as requested by all Company divisions.
 
    - Advise Board of Management on the strategy to build and develop Company organization.
 
    - Advise Board of Management on human resource solutions, including: structure, operation, salary, bonus, welfare, assessment, promotion schemes.
 
    - Possess up-to-date knowledge of the labour market; being able to process statistics on human resources so as to assist Board of Management's decision.
 
    - Possess thorough understanding of laws on labour, personal income tax, health insurance, social insurance, etc. Good knowledge and skills in HR management.
 
    - Provide daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly statistics and analyses on human resources to serve as the basis for decision making.
 
Working Location:
Working Experiences Requirements:
    - University graduate majoring in human resources management, law or related fields.
 
    - Good communicative English
 
    - At least 5 years of experience in managing, operating and executing HR operations.
 
    - Capable of defining the orientation for the structure, development scale and training methodology for Company human resources
 
    - Understand labourers' psychology so as to make timely solution to any issue related to human resources.

    - Strong leadership skill, capable of connecting, convincing and building relationship with people.
 
    - Capable of working independently, or under high pressure.

    - 2 month probation period with salary of at least 70% official salary
