QA Manager

Job Descriptions:
  • Work with production team to build and implement engineering process.
  • Supervise, evaluate the entire process implementation, thereby, propose methods for improving working productivity and quality.
  • Support Project Management Office in implementing the working process during the project.
  • Manage, record and ensure the confidentiality for all the documents, statistics in quality assurance process.
  • Make weekly/monthly/quarterly record on the quality control situation in the company for BOD

Working Location:
  • Ha Noi, Vietnam.

Requirements:
  • University graduate in IT or related majors.
  • At least 3-5 years working as Project Manager; 2 years of experience in software companies is an asset.
  • TOEIC score of at least 600.

Additional requirements:
  • Good group management and leadership skills. Good planning, analyzing and reporting skills.
  • Good communication and problem solving skills for highly technical issues.
  • Dynamic, creative, enthusiastic, good at team and individual work.
  • Good at MS Office.
  • Willing to work under pressure and overtime.
